The Frameform difference
Steel frames, infilled with aircrete.
Most steel frames stop at the frame. Ours can be infilled with aircrete - aerated concrete - inside the wall. That makes a Frameform WA wall stronger, quieter, termite-resistant and fire resistant than a standard frame, and more thermally efficient in WA heat. Around 20% stronger, roughly 45 dB quieter, tested to Australian standards (CSIRO testing underway).
